Sneak Peak Elotes Street Corn

Elotes Street Corn is a featured item on the La Sabrosa menu that is coming this fall in the Launch Kitchen.

La Sabrosa, which translates to “the tasty,” is full of delicious flavors from Mexico and Latin America.

Grilled corn on the cob with butter, mayo, lime, cotija cheese, ancho chili powder and cilantro. Vegan options will also be available.
